I am so happy and really must say proud of myself how I am making progress in my life which becomes better and better everyday. The sessions had great impact on me. It really helped me getting all my thoughts, sorrows off my chest, talk with someone other then my family and close friends, and to rethink what I really want to accomplish in the next few moths in my life. When we first started, at the begin of the year, I was unbalanced and disorientated, and unsure what to do next and where I see my self in the next year.
Jamsina’s coaching with the goal mapping made me realize what I really want, finally listening to my heart. I now have a plan, and my first goal to visit Africa is the first one to accomplish, follow by the 10K run, and starting teacher’s collage in the fall.
